Ashfin Francis is a dynamic and innovative media practitioner, known for his expertise in visual communication and his strategic approach to building powerful brand perceptions. With a Master’s degree in Visual Communication from Karunya University in Coimbatore, India, Ashfin laid a solid foundation that would fuel his creative journey.

Immediately after completing his degree, Ashfin made a significant impact in the industry as a media producer. In the same year, he co-founded a thriving creative agency, where his remarkable creative sensibilities and deep expertise in Brand Reputation Management quickly set him apart. His ability to deliver disruptive, market-leading ideas led to his swift promotion to Creative Director.

Ashfin's skill set is as diverse as it is refined—spanning media production, photography, audio production, design, copywriting, and constructive criticism. This broad expertise allows him to offer clients a comprehensive, innovative approach to branding and media that not only captures attention but also drives real results.

Ashfin serves as a Board of Studies member at Karunya Deemed to be University, where, since 2023, he has been shaping the Media Studies syllabus for the future generation as an industry expert. He also holds the position of Vice President of Business at JCI India Coimbatore Metropolis Chapter, having completed EPS & CAPP training as part of his continued membership, further refining his leadership and strategic skills. Additionally, he is the Director of Special Projects at Mandava Science Foundation, where he brings innovative approaches and his expertise to elevate the foundation’s ongoing initiatives.

Through his expertise, Ashfin has generated genuine leads and won over 500 crore worth of projects for clients by providing services such as corporate film production, short film mentoring, package design, ad design, strategic creative media content for social media, brand positioning, storytelling, and consulting. He has worked with renowned brands including Bosch, TVS, Hero SriLankan, JANATICS, Messer, Kinex, EIT, DAILEE Beverages, HIDAMP, Emmanuel Groups of School, Innoways Healthcare, Avana Surgical, Avant Orthopaedics, Hale Dentistry, Tenkasi Medical Center, BNI, AKAYUKTHI, PADAYAL, Shiva, John Jebaraj, CEBACA, and BUILDMAT, among others.

Driven by a passion for adventure and personal growth, Ashfin traveled to Dubai—a city known for its creative energy and innovation—to analyze the latest trends in the creative field and understand market needs and demands. This endeavor was an opportunity to physically expose himself to a new market and broaden his understanding of global industry dynamics.

Currently, Ashfin is consulting as a Creative Content Strategist, focusing on driving results with a hardcore presence in the Bangalore market. While Bangalore is his primary focus, Ashfin remains flexible, offering both hybrid and on-site services when necessary, expanding his impact beyond geographical limits.

An expert photographer with over 15 years of experience in film and digital photography, Ashfin believes that the art of photography lies in composition and mastering the manipulation of light to create powerful imagery.
